July Favourites 2015

A cold July has passed and it has been a roller coaster of a month for me! As usual there have been a handful of products I have been loving, I will go through these left to right! I also decided to write July favourites in the top right, rather then diagonally over the picture so you can see the products better, I would love to hear whether I should keep this or revert back!

Firstly is the Body Shop's eye shadow brush. This was the first eye shadow brush I ever used, I always used the little sponges on sticks! This was a part of a set the Body Shop sell and it is so gentle on my eyes and is great for blending!
Secondly is Pantene's colour saviour dry shampoo. I bought this in a shop called pound world as my Batiste one ran out. This is perfect on my red hair, no white powder anywhere!
Thirdly is this Nails Inc nude nail polish in the shade Basil Street. I have already written a review here, but in short, it is a little pricey but the formula is wonderful and I have had this bottle a couple of years and the nail varnish is absolutely fine!
Next is this collection pressed powder. This used to be a staple in my make up collection then I tired other brands. I bought one from MUA which was too dark for me and when looking at the powders in Superdrug and moaning they all seemed dark for my pale skin, a customer came up to me and recommended me this one, I am so glad to have this back in my life!
Next is Revlon's colourburst matte balm in the shade 205. I was bought this for Christmas and as I was sorting my make up, I found it and thought I would give it a go. I am so glad I did! Being a balm it feels soft and nourishing on the lips but has the colour intensity of a lipstick!
Lastly is No7's high shine lip gloss in the shade lust. This has SPF 15 which is great for a lip gloss. I used to wear this through college and have used 2 or 3 of these already! I believe this is not sold any more or has been re packaged, but the No 7 formula is not that sticky for a glass and is very shiny.

That is it for another month, I hope we get more sunshine in August! I also want to mention LUSH's intergalactic bath bomb that I also love so much, it is my second favourite bath bomb and I reviewed it in more detail here. Unfortunately due to using it and only buying one of them, I could not include it in the picture! Let me know what you have been loving in July and let me know about the text in my picture, I am never happy with it!

  2. Great post! I didn't know that pantene did a dry shampoo for coloured hair so I'm definitely going to have to check that out! I love those matte balms from Revlon, they're so lovely! x

  3. When I first 'discovered' eyeshadow brushes I suddenly realised I could actually do eyeshadow. It was those foam spongey things they normally give you in a palette that was messing things up for me. I just can't work them!

    1. I much prefer a brush, especially for blending but find the sponges okay for using 1 colour :) x
