LUSH Intergalactic bath bomb (Oxford Street Exclusive)

I still think back to my day out into London and visiting the LUSH store in Oxford Street. I was treated to a few bits which can be seen here. I love the scent of Intergalactic, it is a very strong peppermint scent, it is very refreshing! I am a big fan of the bright blue design with pink, yellow and white band around it, rather like a planet!

With the name Intergalactic, you imagine stars and outer space, this bath bomb delivered! The water turns a fairly dark shade of blue with swirls of white, yellow and pink, makes you feel you are in your own galaxy or universe. The popping candy in the bath bomb fizzes away and creates small bubbles. The bath bomb also contains gold glitter which sparkles like stars.

The bath bomb itself makes your skin feel smooth and slightly tingly due to the peppermint oil. This bath bomb also contains grapefruit oil and cedar wood oil, both used to tone the skin.

The only bad thing about this bath bomb is that the gold glitter clings to the bathtub once the water has gone. This does not stain though, but it may take a few jugs of water to remove it all. A picture of this is shown below.

I would definitely recommend this bath bomb, especially if you love the smell of mint! But if not, go into LUSH Oxford Street and give it a sniff! I will definitely repurchase this once I have tried a few more of the Oxford Street exclusive bath bombs out! This is in my favourite bath bombs, a close second to my favourite bath bomb, the dragon's egg.

Have you used the Intergalactic bath bomb or any of the other Oxford Street exclusive products yet?

  2. I've yet to find someone who doesn't adore the Dragon's Egg or the Intergalactic bath bombs. Perhaps I should invest in a Lush bath bomb someday...

    1. It is so pretty! This didn't for me! Once the bubbles had gone, most of the glitter sunk to the bottom, it didn't even stick to the bath, it washed away easily with cold water so this should be okay for you! xx

  6. I can't believe I still haven't visited the Lush store on Oxford Street, but I am planning on going there end of August for a big birthday splurge. I'll make sure to keep an eye on this one, it looks amazing even if you're left with gold glitter to clean up after the bath x
