LUSH guardians of the forest bath bomb (Oxford street exclusive)

LUSH guardians of the forest bath bomb (Oxford street exclusive)

This is the second to last product from my Oxford street haul. It has been so difficult not using everything up in one go! Its green colour makes it very unusual, the only other green LUSH product I have used is Avobath, the bright green made it stand out from the other Oxford street exclusives.

Like the Experimenter, this was not a bath bomb I particularly liked the smell of. It is very earthy and woody. There are notes of citrus coming through, it is difficult to notice but it is there with lime oil being one of the ingredients. I found this bath bomb smells much better in the bath than before.

Guardians of the forest takes a good ten minutes to dissolve which is a long time for a bath bomb! You get a beautiful forest green bath with swirls of silver and yellow, which really gives you a feeling of being in a misty forest!

Guardians of the forest retails at £3.35 which is a bargain for a bath bomb from such an exclusive range. Rosewood oil is known to be a deodorant as well as antibacterial, I felt very clean after this, I would not describe this as a nourishing bath bomb. Cypress oil is also present which comes from an evergreen tree, which helps to give that very earthy/woody scent and has relaxing properties.

If you like earthy scents, you will love this! I had to try it as it is so different to anything I have ever tried! I might repurchase this in the future, which I never thought I would say before, but I love the green and silver water.  Have you tried any of the LUSH Oxford street range? I would love to hear what products you have been loving!

  1. I saw this in Oxford street, put it straight in my basket because it's so pretty then smelt it a bit later and put it back because I didn't like the smell. I kinda regret it now since it's quite pretty in the bath!! -Rachel xxx
